By purchasing, accessing, or using AIQResumes' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

AIQResumes provides professional resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career consulting services. Our services include:

• Resume Rewrite: Complete transformation of your resume with ATS optimization, achievement-focused content, and industry-specific keywords
• LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Professional rewriting of your LinkedIn headline, about section, experience, and strategic positioning
• Career Launch Bundle: Comprehensive package including resume, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter template, and career strategy consultation
• Additional Services: As described on our website or in custom proposals

AI-Enhanced Services

We use artificial intelligence tools to assist in content creation, keyword optimization, and ATS analysis. All AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and approved by human professionals before delivery. Our AI tools enhance but do not replace human expertise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account and Registration

Some features of our services may require you to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Ordering and Payment

Placing Orders

When you purchase a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and contact information
• Submit required materials and complete questionnaires within 7 days of purchase
• Respond to requests for clarification or additional information in a timely manner

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final for that order. Special promotional pricing (such as founding member pricing) is subject to availability and specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and Gumroad) to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. We do not store your credit card information.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
• Failure to pay any fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Delivery and Timelines

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver services within the following timeframes from the date we receive your completed questionnaire:

• Resume Rewrite: 3-5 business days
• LinkedIn Optimization: 5-7 business days
• Career Launch Bundle: 7-10 business days

Delays

Delivery times may be extended if:

• You do not submit required materials within 7 days of purchase
• You do not respond to our requests for clarification within 48 hours
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control occur (force majeure events)
• Your project requires additional complexity not anticipated at the time of purchase

Expedited Services

7. Revisions and Satisfaction

Included Revisions

All packages include one round of revisions. Revisions include:

• Changes to wording, phrasing, or tone
• Adjustments to formatting or structure
• Addition or removal of content within the original scope
• Corrections to any errors or omissions

Revision Limitations

Revisions do not include:

• Complete rewrites based on substantially different information
• Changes to job titles, companies, or dates you previously approved
• Additions of entirely new roles, experiences, or sections not originally discussed

Revision Timeline

Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your initial deliverable. We will complete revisions within 48 hours of receiving your detailed feedback.

Additional Revisions

Additional rounds of revisions beyond what is included in your package may be available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss pricing.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply truthful, accurate, and complete information about your work history, education, and achievements
• Timely Communication: Respond to our requests for information within 48 hours
• Submit Materials: Complete required questionnaires within 7 days of purchase
• Review Carefully: Thoroughly review deliverables and provide detailed revision feedback
• Final Approval: Approve accuracy of all facts, dates, and content before using materials
• Honest Representation: Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or achievements

Verification of Information

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information in your final resume, LinkedIn profile, and other deliverables. We create content based on information you provide and cannot verify its accuracy independently.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all information, content, and materials you provide to us (your "Content"). By providing your Content, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your Content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Our Work Product

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables (your completed resume, LinkedIn content, etc.) for your personal career advancement purposes.

We retain all intellectual property rights in:

• Our methodologies, processes, and systems
• Our website, branding, and marketing materials
• Templates and frameworks we develop
• De-identified examples and case studies

Use in Portfolio and Marketing

With your explicit permission (such as Founding Member agreements), we may use de-identified versions of your materials as examples or case studies. We will:

• Remove all personal information (name, contact details, employer names)
• Only showcase the structure and quality of our work
• Request your approval before publishing
• Honor any request to remove materials at any time

10. Confidentiality

We understand that your career materials contain sensitive information. We agree to:

• Keep your personal information and career materials confidential
• Not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law
• Use appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Not use your information for any purpose other than providing services to you

This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of ours
• You authorize us to disclose
• We are required to disclose by law or legal process

11. Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your deliverables after one round of revisions, we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before submitting your questionnaire
• Non-Delivery: Full refund if we fail to deliver within 14 days after the promised delivery date (excluding delays caused by you)
• Substantial Defect: Partial or full refund if deliverables contain substantial errors that we cannot correct

No Refunds

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You are simply dissatisfied with your career history or qualifications
• You fail to provide required information or respond to our communications
• You request changes beyond the original scope after approval
• More than 30 days have passed since delivery
• You have already used or distributed the deliverables

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@aiqresumes.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Employment Guarantees

Important: We provide resume writing and optimization services, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will receive job interviews, offers, or employment. Career success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your qualifications, the job market, employer preferences, and interview performance.

Service "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will meet your expectations or requirements
• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Your resume will pass any particular ATS system
• You will receive any specific outcomes from using our services

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIQResumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or career opportunities
• Costs of obtaining substitute services
• Emotional distress or reputational harm

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIQResumes and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Inaccurate or misleading information you provide
• Your misuse or misrepresentation of the deliverables we provide

14. Termination

By You

You may terminate your use of our services at any time. However, fees already paid are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if:

• You breach these Terms
• You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• You engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our team
• You fail to pay fees when due
• We are required to do so by law

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services immediately ceases
• We are not obligated to provide any refunds (except as provided in our Refund Policy)
• Provisions that should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability limitations) remain in effect

Force Majeure
